Heartstory photographs capture real personality, emotion, connection and truth
Heartstory baby and child focused sessions can take place in our modern Belconnen studio or outdoors in a natural setting somewhere in Canberra. We recommend our studio for families with a baby under 1 because it’s a more predictable environment with less distractions.
Our approach to baby and children’s photography is similar to our approach to other sessions. We focus on personality and relationships, we direct you gently to encourage laughter and play and we are always taking our lead from your little ones.
Please note, while a session can be baby or child focused, it will still almost always include photos with a parent or parents. Your little ones will want those photos one day and part of our job is helping you to create that legacy for them. Including parents is also an important part of how we create and build trust with little ones and therefore capture their true personality, so please be prepared to get in the photos so we can do our very best work for you.
