The all important information about what to expect and our beautiful product range.
No matter what kind of session you book – family, extended family, maternity, newborn etc – your Heartstory experience will be made up of three stages:
- a consultation over the phone to plan your session;
- your photography session; and
- your personal in studio purchasing appointment.
Our fee structure is made up of your sitting fee + your order (product).
Your sitting fee is paid upon booking your session, your order is paid for at the end of your purchasing appointment when you place your order (or over a period of time on a payment plan).
Sitting fees
Your initial investment is the sitting fee, which is due at time of booking.
Studio/outdoors (family, baby, newborn etc)
Add a maternity session to your newborn booking
Rural/at home
The sitting fee does not include any images, printed or digital.
Your investment
Photos are an art form, they’re meant to be looked at and enjoyed. They belong on your walls, desk, side tables and bookshelves and they make your home more you. We handle most of the printing, framing and binding in our studio so we can be sure that the final product is absolutely perfect and does justice to your amazing family.
We want you to feel safe and looked after during your experience with us, therefore we take full liability for the creation of your portrait collection. No decisions, commitment or payment is required from you until your purchasing appointment. And, if you don’t love your photos, you don’t have to buy any! There is no pressure; our ordering experience is designed to be personal and fun. Your satisfaction is our priority.
We believe that professional portraits deserve pride of place in your home, so we have spent many years perfecting our product range to suit modern tastes, lifestyles and budgets. You can choose from prints, wall art, and albums, and digital files can be included in your order too!
- Matted prints start at $795 for a set of four 8×10″ prints.
- Framed wall art starts at $695.
- Framed wall art with multiple images in it starts at $895.
- Digital packages start at $1000 and matching digital files are complimentary with all print/artwork orders over $1500..
- Signature wall collections with 3-4 individual pieces start at $2495.
- We can also create completely customised artworks for your home to any size or vision.
